Curtis Wallace Promoted to Assistant Registrar

Curtis Wallace was promoted to Assistant Registrar in the Office of the University Registrar (OUR). He will lead the Records Management unit, which is responsible for the Enrollment Services Call Center, student records processing and graduation certification. Wallace joined the UH community in 2008 and moved to the OUR area in 2011, where he served as liaison to the colleges for student records updates, discrepancies and other issues. He also has served as an enrollment services specialist and records analyst.

Wallace has made presentations at local, regional and national professional conferences and is a recipient of the Enrollment Services Customer Service Award. He enjoys volunteering for the Boy Scouts of America and the African American Males Mentoring Program and has worked for the Houston Rockets. Wallace earned his bachelor’s degree from Lamar University.
