Request for Classroom Equipment (On-Campus Use Only)
To request equipment, please fill out the Classroom Equipment Request Form (requires SharePoint Login).
Classroom Equipment Terms of Use
- Equipment requests may only be made by faculty or staff.
                        
                        
- Registered Student Organizations requesting equipment for events must have their faculty/staff advisor request equipment on their behalf and all equipment must be returned the next business day.
 
 - Standard requests for equipment require a minimum of 1 business day for processing.
 - Requests for non-standard setups require at least 1 week advance notice. (examples: 3 or more microphones, multiple projectors)
 - Requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by staff.
 - Equipment is to be used on site and may not be removed from campus.
