The Dementia Unlocked Symposium is UH Multidisciplinary Institute’s for Neuroscience and Dementia (UH-MIND) inaugural event sponsored by the UH Division of Research and the Alzheimer's Association, Houston & Southeast Texas Chapter. The symposium fosters dynamic discussions among Texas researchers and trainees to drive interdisciplinary collaborations accelerating understanding of dementia and therapeutic approaches. This day-long event features keynote and short oral presentations, panel discussions, a poster session, awards, and a social hour. It convenes diverse presenters from leading Southeast Texas institutions to discuss new dementia markers, mechanisms, translational models, drug development, technological innovations, and clinical advancements.
