Our equipment rental shop provides a diverse selection of excellent outdoor equipment. From rental bikes to surfboards and kayaks, Outdoor Adventure is the place where you can find whatever you need for your next adventure.

Pick-Up Information
- Monday and Friday, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.
- To pick up your gear, you must first fill out a Rental Appointment Request. Please note that your appointment must be scheduled at least two days in advance.
- Gear is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Upon arriving at the CRWC, please go to Outdoor Adventure office first.
- Payment will be recieved at the Member Services desk.

*Daily Rates apply for 24-hour rentals, or for additional rental days. Weekend rentals pick up Friday & return Monday. Late Fees may apply. Weekly rentals are subject to availability.
Frequently Asked Questions
All current members of the CRWC are eligible to rent equipment – This includes students
enrolled in classes and individual memberships. Sponsored daily guests are not permitted
to rent from OA.
The Campus Recreation Outdoot Adventure Office is located in the Campus Recreation
and Wellness Center and open during office hours or by appointment only. Please complete
the form to request your appointment & items .
The CRWC member MUST sign the release documentation with the OA staff in the OA office after paying at the Welcome Desk. Renting equipment from Outdoor Adventure is strictly on a "day of" policy, reservations are NOT accepted. To rent equipment, make your payment at the Welcome Desk Member Services, then bring the receipt to the OA office during office hours.

Yes, late fees are charged per day at the daily rate of the unreturned item.
If possible, appropriate repair fees will be assessed. If not, a fee for the complete
replacement of the item will be required.
Our knowledgeable OA staff will be happy to give you a brief explanation of the gear.
Absolutely — We will be happy to provide you with personal knowledge or resources
of references to help plan your trip.
In order to maintain safety standards, it is required to know the history of climbing
gear. Therefore, equipment such as ropes, harnesses, carabiners, etc. are never rented.
