
Undergraduate Program
The Economics Major provides a rigorous toolkit for thinking about the economy and about economic policy. The mission of the undergraduate program in Economics is to acquaint students with the economic aspects of modern society, to provide the techniques for the analysis of economic problems and to help them develop the ability to exercise judgment in evaluating public policy.

Economics Major
Students who choose to major in economics must also meet the university core requirements and the college core requirements for a Liberal Arts and Social Sciences Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
