CLASS Event Calendar

• April 1-13 – School of Art MFA exhibition at the Blaffer Art Museum
• April 11 – Scholarship Awards Reception honoring the Jack J. Valenti School of Communication students. The event is from 6:30 – 8 p.m. in the Funston Communication Center inside the Valenti building. Tickets are $25.
• April 13 – Dollars for Scholars art auction to raise money for student scholarships for the School of Art. Items for sale include works by Luis Jimenez, Michael Ray Charles, the Art Guy and UH faculty members. The event is from 7 -10 p.m. at The Station Museum, 1502 Alabama. Tickets start at $125.
• April 14 – The Religious Studies Program presents Christian musician/historian Kemper Crabb in a benefit concert featuring medieval music performed for contemporary listeners. 7 p.m. 1548 Heights Blvd. at 16th Street, Houston, TX 77008. Suggested donation: $35. UH students, faculty and staff: $10.
