Massad Family Library Research Center

Located on the second floor of Hilton College, this 8,400-square-foot facility offers a welcoming environment for study and collaboration. Features include:

Three private study/conference rooms with seating for 10, equipped with:

• 55-inch TV monitors
• Webcams for video conferencing
• Teleconference phones
• Bluetooth wireless technology for seamless collaboration via in-room or personal computers
• Eight computer workstations with internet access
• Two printing stations exclusively for GLH students
• Hospitality Industry Archives, the world’s largest repository dedicated to the hospitality industry

Operating Hours (Fall/Spring Semester):

Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Computer Lab

Located behind the Massad Family Library Research Center in room S260, the computer lab supports hospitality studies and class projects with:

• 20 computer workstations equipped with MS Office and industry-specific software
• Wireless internet access
• Printing services, including color printing
