A Roast and Toast of Richard Murray

Houston Mayor John Whitmire, Texas State Sen. Carol Alvarado and Texas State Rep. Jolanda Jones joined other speakers in reflecting on his influence as a mentor, educator and trusted voice in Texas politics.
