Alongside Shell, the UH Division of Energy & Innovation is pleased to offer students the chance to collaboratively tackle global energy challenges while receiving networking and mentorship opportunities! In this Shell NXplorers event, held Sept 28 through Oct 4, students will develop creative and complex problem-solving skills and receive coaching from industry leaders that prepares them to make an impact in the ever-changing energy realm.

Using a relevant complex challenge, 30 learners working in teams of 5 per team will apply tools using a new way of thinking called NXthinking. Learners are introduced to NXplorers tools that help them develop NXthinking as they explore the issue, create future scenarios, and plan to bring about positive change. NXplorers alumni can continue to apply NXthinking and NXplorers tools to any challenge in the workplace and beyond.
