Elevator Unit 1: Currently out of service. The elevator power unit has failed. Replacement parts are needed for the repairs. Parts have been ordered. Repair end date moved to Feb. 27.

Elevator Unit 2: Currently out of order.

Elevator Unit 3: The unit shakes at times when reaching upper levels, but is safe to use and is in service. New pump has been ordered and will be addressed when parts arrive.

Elevator South Unit: Currently out of service.

Elevator Unit 2: Down for modernization work. Work scheduled to end Nov. 14.

Elevator North Unit: Currently out of service as of Oct. 31.

Elevator South Unit 2: Out of order as of Nov. 6.

North Elevator Unit 2: Currently out of service as of Oct. 27.

North Elevator Unit 3: Currently out of service. Bad electronic board. Completion date is not known.

Lot 16E, which is in Zone A and on the northwest corner of the intersection of Cullen Boulevard and Elgin Street, is currently closed to allow for workers to upgrade the lighting.

Vehicle access is blocked off for University Drive from MLK Boulevard to the E. Cullen Building and is expected to last through 2026.
