Spin-resolved ultrafast electron diffraction provides femtosecond time-resolved atomic dynamics information as a function of electron spin. Spin-UED combines ultrafast optical spectroscopy, electron diffraction, and atomic physics in order to achieve spin resolved ultrafast dynamical motion of the atoms.
