What are the roles and permissions in Microsoft Teams Meetings?
Answer: Below is a summary of the roles and permissions available in Microsoft Teams
meetings.

Note: Available capabilities can vary based on meeting options, organizational policies, participant type, and licensing. The organizer role cannot be transferred.
How can I change the meeting options?
Answer: Open the meeting from your Teams calendar and select Meeting Options.
From there, you can manage settings such as who can bypass the lobby, who can present, attendee microphone and camera permissions, meeting chat, reactions, recording permissions, and other meeting controls.

Can I remove participants from a Microsoft Teams Meeting?
Answer: Organizers, co-organizers, and presenters can remove participants from a meeting while it is in progress.
1. In the meeting controls, select People to open the participant list.
2. Locate the participant you want to remove.
3. Select More options (three dots) next to the participant's name.
4. Select Remove from meeting.

Can I Invite Someone to a Microsoft Teams Meeting if They Don't Have Teams?
Answer: Yes. You can invite people both inside and outside your organization to a
Microsoft Teams meeting.
Guests can join using the meeting link from a web browser or the Microsoft Teams app,
even if they do not have a Teams license.
