Presidential Frontier Faculty (PFF) are being recruited to expand the research profile of the University of Houston and to further enhance students’ learning experiences.

Faculty will be considered for PFF positions across UH’s colleges based on criteria that demonstrates their talents as teachers, researchers, scholars and academic leaders.

PFF members should meet the following criteria:

• Expertise that aligns with our research priority areas: aerospace, artificial intelligence, energy, health and sustainability
• A strong record of scholarly productivity
• A record of engagement in collaborative scholarship
• A record of experience in applying for and obtaining extramural support for scholarly activities
• Research and scholarly activities that align with national priority needs
