Center for Community and Public Policy Improvement-Team 2: Team members analyzed the home appraisal data of City Council Districts B, D, I, and K to assess their current tax burden, the growth over the last ten years, and the forecasted growth to explore if moving to a different neighborhood would benefit CCPPI— as well as an evaluation of income growth to provide a complete picture of the selected neighborhoods.
